Plot:

Mr Joe B. Carvalho (Arshad Warsi) is your (slightly below) common corny-go-lucky non-public eye in the quest for a clearly difficult case that can deliver in money and repute and trade his fortunes for good. A moneyed Khurana (Shakti Kapoor) palms him a case to locate his eloped daughter.

Meanwhile, Joe's ex-girlfriend Inspector Shantipriya Phadnis (Soha Ali Khan) is chasing an global crook Carlos (Jaaved Jaffrey) a lollypop-sucking worldwide terrorist who is in city with a large homicide plot.
